And THAT is why I created Fit Life Coaching -- a program unlike any other, exclusively for people like you who KNOW what you need to do, and would like guidance and support along the way so that you can get fit, healthy and strong (er) as you get older.

The Fit Life Coaching Program can complement what you’re currently doing today because you have me here to guide and support you along the way to turn the dials up and down of how much, how hard, and how often. And if you’re not doing anything, this is a great place to start. A place to learn how to dose the right amount of the right stuff at the right time. 

The purpose of this program is to guide and coach you to strong (er), fit, and healthy. It's a program to help you focus on the important stuff and ignore things that pull your attention sideways instead of forward.

You won't get inundated with checklists, tasks and “should-do’s.” You’ll just get the need- to-do stuff that will keep you moving toward the goal -- even if it’s a moving target.

It’s super-lightweight, and a super-economical way that fits INTO your life and truly keeps you focused on what’s important.

What you get with Fit Life Coaching 

Weekly check-ins are one of the cornerstones of my private coaching practice. Now you can get the check-ins, accountability with guidance, coaching, and community without the added expense and commitment of a full coaching partnership.

Weekly Coaching Call

  • We meet once per week for Office Hours (Zoom) where we go over questions, different movements, sticking points or whatever comes up.
  • Cool things happen when like-minded folks come together in a community like we have on these calls.

A few things you’ll see quickly that make our Community different:

 Accountability 

  • We're meeting each week on a call and you'll have the community to plug into daily.
  • There’s no judgement -- and you will have plenty of support and guidance with coaching.
  • There's no shaming or yelling -- and I'm not going to ask if you if you want this more than your last breath.
  • This is not about motivation. That doesn't last because it's short-term and externally driven (in fear of punishment or for a reward). Inspiration on the other hand is that thing that burns inside of us -- sometimes brighter, sometimes dimmer, but it's always there. It comes from within and gets us to give our best effort today, tomorrow and beyond -- that's what this is about.

This program works well for a number of reasons:

So how much does it cost? 

Private Coaching with me is 450.00 per month. 

Fit Life Coaching is 97.00 per month (month to month). It’s 25.00 per week for a weekly live session providing accountability, coaching and guidance with a professional coach. This price will go up, but founding members will stay at 97.00/month.

I do not use assistants -- it’s you, me and our community, along with a special guest here and there. 

There are no refunds, but you can cancel at anytime. The value proposition is straight forward. You know what you’re getting:

  • One Lab/Office Hours call each week that provides accountability, coaching, guidance and support.
  • Peace of mind.
  • A private community of like minded folks on our own platform with no outside distractions.

  • Tell me a little bit about yourself and what you'd like to get out of Fit Life Coaching in the short-term (90 days) and long-term. Write as much or as little as you like. We can also get on a call.  
  • I'll send you a link to sign up ($97/mo), then we'll see you at our next session. 
  • You can cancel anytime, but please do not sign up if you're not willing to give this at least 90 days.

 

 


 

The thing I have always appreciated about Jeff is his commitment to form and function.

He is excellent at applying his vast strength and conditioning knowledge to the fundamental movement patterns that are so often missing today . The absence of these fundamental movements can many times show up in the form of an acute injury or an overuse condition.
