    For everyone who’s strong, fit and crushing it, there are a dozen who are overwhelmed, struggling (sometimes to take the first step), or stuck in a rut.

    There are people -- like you perhaps -- who have invested a lot of time and money trying to get fit and healthy and are still in the same place years later, with not a lot to show for your investment.

    And THAT is why I created Fit Life Coaching -- a program unlike any other, exclusively for committed people like you who KNOW what you need to do, and would like guidance and support along the way so that you can get fit, healthy and strong (er) as you get older.

    The Fit Life Coaching Program can complement what you’re currently doing today because you have me here to guide and support you along the way to turn the dials up and down of how much, how hard, and how often. And if you’re not doing anything, this is a great place to start. A place to learn how to dose the right amount of the right stuff at the right time. 

    It’s a low-touch, low cost single-focus program that couldn’t be more simple to use. It's a place where results are measured weekly and progress is made daily.

    It's a program to help you focus on the need to do and ignore the rest of the stuff that pulls your attention sideways instead of forward. You don't always need different or new, sometimes you just need the right recipe. 

    You don’t get inundated with checklists, tasks and “should-do’s.” You’ll just get the need- to-do stuff that will keep you moving toward the goal -- even if it’s a moving target.

    It’s super-lightweight, and a super-economical way that fits INTO your life and truly keeps you focused on your goals and what’s important.

    What you get with Fit Life Coaching 

    Weekly check-ins are one of the cornerstones of my private coaching practice. Now you can get the check-ins, and the accountability with guidance as a stand-alone product without the added expense and commitment of a full coaching partnership.

    Weekly Email Check-in’s

    • You’ll answer three questions (accountability) every week.
    • Will help you focus on the need-to-do, and prevent shiny object syndrome which often takes you down rabbit holes you don’t need to go down.


    • You know my email is coming, and you know what I’m asking.
    • There’s no judgement -- and you will have plenty of support and guidance with coaching.
    • There's no shaming or yelling -- and I'm not going to ask if you if you want this more than your last breath.
    • This is not about motivation, it doesn't last because it's short-term and externally driven (in fear of punishment or for a reward). Inspiration on the other hand is that thing that burns inside of us -- sometimes brighter, sometimes dimmer, but it's always there. It comes from within and gets us to give our best effort today, tomorrow and beyond. 

    Peace Of Mind

    • I’m here to help you integrate health and fitness into your life, not make you fit into a one-size-fits-all program.
    • You won’t have to wonder if you’re doing too much or too little -- or if you’re chasing the wrong thing.

    Your three weekly questions:

    1. Readiness: how fresh do you feel on a scale of 1-5 (1= Wiped, can barely move. 2= Tired. 3= Normal. 4= Feeling Fresh. 5= Awesome, I feel like a superhero).
    2. What will your practice look like this week?
    3. Do you have any questions or anything you’d like to share with me -- can I help with anything?

    Office Hours

    • We will have two group Zoom calls per month where we can go over movements, programming, recovery, individual hot seats . . . this will unfold organically.
    • Cool things happen when like-minded folks come together in a community like we’ll have on these calls.
    • This has been done before without the calls and worked wonderfully, but I thought it would be a cool add-on for us to come together and share wins, obstacles and ideas as well as an opportunity for me to coach you if you'd like it. The calls are not required, and will be recorded. 

    This program works well for a number of reasons:

    • You’ve paid, so you’ve got skin in the game.
    • You know I’ll be looking out for your email, so you’ve got accountability.
    • You’re making a series of micro-commitments / actions that start forming habits. And these small actions create wins over time that lay the foundation for your continual improvement. 
    • You get to share and ask questions about things that may have stopped you from reaching goals in the past.

    I will not share your answers -- they’re between you and me. That’s our contract. And that’s the program.

    No longer explanations because they’re not necessary. You get an email. You reply.

    It’s useful. It’s cathartic. It’s actionable.

    So how much does it cost?

    Private coaching with me is 2100.00 per 3 months. 

    Fit Life Coaching is 97.00 per month (month to month). It’s 25.00 per week for accountability and guidance with a professional coach. 

    Why so little for private correspondence? I’m glad you asked; it often serves as an entry-point for people like you to experience what it’s like to work with me before committing to private coaching. But for others, it’s simply all they need -- the perfect fit. It’s accountability and guidance with enough coaching so that you can get strong (er), fit, and healthy at any age and ability.

    This is not a scalable program. There’s only so much of me, and I do not use assistants or outside help -- it’s you and me and our community.

    There are no refunds. The value proposition is straight forward. You know what you’re getting:

    • 52 emails a year that you reply to.
    • 2 group video calls each month.
    • Accountability, guidance and support.
    • A private community of like minded folks on our own platform with no outside distractions.

    • I'll send you a link to sign up ($97/mo), and your next email will arrive this coming Friday. You'll have access to the community right away.
    • You can cancel anytime, but please do not sign up if you're not willing to give this at least 90 days.
