The Fit2Play community will change they way you think about getting fit. You'll learn how to develop a physical practice so you can live stronger, longer. 

The community is not meant to overwhelm you with information — it’s about learning and implementing best practices that fit into your life -- and your life looks different than hers, so should the way you move, train and recover.

Each week you get:

  • Every Tuesday we do a workshop via Zoom where we go over the topic for the week.
  • Every Thursday is office hours via Zoom to answer questions that come up along the way.
  • Action steps to get you from here to there.
  • A community of like minded individuals to share, support, and give feedback.

The thing I have always appreciated about Jeff is his commitment to form and function.

He is excellent at applying his vast strength and conditioning knowledge to the fundamental movement patterns that are so often missing today . The absence of these fundamental movements can many times show up in the form of an acute injury or an overuse condition. Jeff's ability to identify and rectify these problem areas is a great asset to people of all ages!
