Making small Tweaks to your fitness program can give you BIG results!

  1. Eat less sugar and processed foods…drink more water
  2. Do less long-distance running…choose more specific sprint work
  3. Add mobility training to your program
  4. Learn the Turkish Get-Up
  5. Master body weight movements before getting under a bar

If you REALLY Tweak your program with all 5 — you’ll be amazed at the difference.  How much?  That depends on you and your effort.
