Group Training (Semi-Private)

The Fit 2 Play® system is unique due to our holistic approach, meaning we train all components (Strength, Power, Speed, Agility, Conditioning, Balance, Quickness, Flexibility…and emphasize RECOVERY) with all athletes. We do not offer speed or lifting only programs; an athlete needs what they need and we don’t know everything till they’re in front of us and then we can program per their needs and goals.

Our goal is to help develop and increase the productivity and longevity our athletes by keeping them healthy and minimizing injury.  To do this we must make sure they are free of imbalances, pain and have an understanding that recovery can be just as important as the training.

Physical Preparation is what we preach, teach and experience with our athletes and we get there by first focusing on the basic fundamentals of movement and then specific training culminating in an athlete that is Fit 2 Play®.  If a kid can’t perform a few perfect push-ups, why would we worry about how much he or she could bench press?  Same thing with the squat…you gotta take away negative movement patterns and imbalances before we load a bar on her back.

All of our athletes have their own goals and specific needs that are addressed at every session. As a result of the program our athletes are stronger, have more explosive movements, quicker changes in direction, and can accelerate past an opponent on any court or field.
