Fit 2 Play (Online) Coaching

This is an innovative program designed to keep your training on track and laser focused on your goals.  If you’re spending too much in the gym lifting and conditioning you may over-train, too little and you could under-train; with the athlete’s constant feedback we keep progress dialed in and on the right path. The Fit 2 Play (online) Program gives you more than just a “roadmap” or a “blueprint”…you’ll get me personally taking you down that path towards athletic success…no matter what part of the world you live in. IMPORTANT — this is NOT a computer generated program — it’s designed by me for YOU.

We’ll cover all aspects of Physical Preparedness, which depending on the individual means different things. You’ll learn the movements and exercises the right way…with perfect form — you’ll improve movement skills on the field or court including first step explosion and quick changes of direction.

We break down complex concepts and make them simple to understand that are specific to you and your life here and now.  As with all our programs, we’ll first go over your questionnaire so we know where your specific  starting point is.  We’ll make sure we’re both on the same page and then develop your program.  This is a great opportunity for the individual that would like to get it done on their own without having to wonder if they’re doing the right thing…and know they’re just an email away from me.

What you get:

  • Assessment / re-assessment – You can shoot a video and email – we’ll assess and make adjustments accordingly.  We’ve done this from our phones – or we can just stay with email.  This is a new thing that one of our clients suggested, it worked so we kept it as an option, but is not needed for your success.  Please be as specific as you can with the questionnaire — the more we know about you the better.
  • email support…this feedback loop is a key element in maximizing your motivation as well as the results of your efforts. If yo do not participate and give me feedback so we know what’s working and what’s not, this really wouldn’t be for you…the feedback (communication between us) is the juice of the program. “Everything works, nothing works forever” — I heard this quote over 20 years ago from my mentors and while it still holds true today — some things work better, and that’s where I come in.   Also, if you’re looking for a “one-time” program, I would look at my GET TWEAKED program, where I do just that…TWEAK your program.
